It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph William Leonard III (Morgantown, West Virginia), born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Beth Leonard Jackson (Carney), Joseph W. Leonard IV (Barbara), Virginia Leonard Vining (Peter) and Dr. Stephen S. Leonard (Kelly); and his sister Elizabeth Eck. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
