He is survived by: his wife Joann Devanko; his children, Jaime Driscoll (Janet) of Baltimore, MD and Michael Driscoll of Columbia, MD; his siblings, Thomas Driscoll (Linda) of Fallston, MD and Joann Driscoll of Sparrows Point, MD; and his pets, Neko and Hachi. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
