With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Robert Funke of Morgantown, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 52. As Jeffrey Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jeffrey Robert. Though Jeffrey Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Funke and Linda Funke; his brother Dusty; his aunt Cindy; and his wife Julie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Suncrest United Methodist Church (479 Van Voorhis Rd, Morgantown, WV 26505). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
