She is survived by: her parents, Jason Phillip and Alisha Lockard; her siblings, Tiana Phillip, Arianna Hayes and Liam Hayes; her grandparents, Carol Phillip, Mike and Veronica Giest; her stepfather Darren Hayes; her stepgrandparents, Melissa Bennett and Darren Hayes, Sr.; and her aunt Chelsea Bennett.
