He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafford C. Winaught and Marie M. Fox Winaught; his former wife Norma Dean Winaught; and his sister Barbara Smith Franke. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Lemley Winaught; his brother Rafford Ray Winaught (Rose); his son James N. Winaught (Mary Lou); his stepchildren, Nancy Rittmann (Michael), Tina Sapp (Tom) and Timothy Cox (Bambi); his grandchildren, Eric Winaught, Erin Winaught, Nicholas Sapp, Christopher Sapp and Timothy Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Emilee Marie Sapp and Brinleigh Dawn Sapp. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
