He was predeceased by: his mother Helen. He is survived by: his sister Linda Pase; his wife Linda L. Griffin Propst; his children, Kimberly Cale (Rodney) of Morgantown, Mickey Brewer (Scott) of Morgantown and James L.'Jim' Propst, Jr. (Kathy) of Maidsville; his aunt Betty Kelly of Mt. Morris, PA.; and his grandchildren, Rodney Cale, Jr. (Nikki), Mathew Cale, Madison Brewer (Owen Barry), Derek Brewer, Megan Brewer, Tarah Stiles (Forest), Kodi Propst, Brittany and Courtney Tennant.
His contributions to his hometown of Morgantown and his ceaseless positivity will not be forgotten.
