He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Huskin Forsythe and James Forsythe, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Eileen, Luvina, Nancy and Dorothy; his wife Selvia Jean Forsythe (Beckman); his son James B. Forsythe III (Dawn); his grandchildren, Chanda Forsythe and James B. Forsythe (Jay); his great grandchildren, Beckman, Cole Domansky, Oaklyn and Finley Forsythe; his stepgrandsons, Erik and Jeremy Hartley; his sister Ellen Heinze (Bootsie); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor and Robin.
