He is survived by: his wife Judy J. Kisner; his children, Lisa Kisner of Maidsville, WV, Christy Kisner of Brunswick, GA and Harvey Donald Kisner, III (Holli) of Baggs, WY; his grandchildren, Kyndel Kisner, Elyse Kisner, Anastyn Kisner, Trisdyn Kisner and Liam Barry; and his siblings, Danny Kisner, Judy Dinda and Linda Garletts.
