In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerald Ray shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerald Ray farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Dalton and Lucille Dalton; and his brother Derald Gay Dalton. He is survived by: his children, Nolan Dalton (Cheryl) and Elizabeth "Liz" Dalton; his siblings, Carol Lantz (Gail) and Merle Dalton (Mary); his nephews, Mike Lantz and Willis Dalton; and his niece Carrie Dalton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Church (1700 Kingwood Pike, Morgantown, WV 26508). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
