He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Paul Fantacci, Jr. of Morgantown and Opal Louise Casteel Fantacci; and his brother Roger Steven Fantacci. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Marhefka Fantacci; his daughters, Christina Marie Fantacci of Morgantown and Maria Nicole Fantacci of Morgantown; his pet Max; and his sisters, Barbara Zealy of Morgantown and Jane Cyphert (Patrick) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
