He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Polen and Charlotte Polen (Graham). He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Polen; and his sons, Geoffrey Polen of Cambridge, OH, Phillip Polen (Pam) of Holly Ridge, NC, Michael Polen (Teri) of Bowling Green, KY and Christopher Polen (Anne) of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and another great grandchild.
