He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Siegwarth and Jean Siegwarth. He is survived by: his wife Carla Siegwarth; his daughters, Lisa Crawford (Elwood) of Dinwiddie Virginia, Lori Bartlett (Matthew), Nicole Siegwarth-Simon (Likin) and Stacey Siegwarth of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Justin Bartlett, Jacob Busker, Kristin Bartlett, Zachary Crawford, Anna Busker (Leon Sicard), Madeline Crawford, Jacob Crawford, Sofia Simon and Kaiden Crawford; his great grandchild Leo Sicard; and his pet Sidney.
