Dolly "Tiny" Sparks and Donna Woody; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob Smith, Wyatt (Grace), Tristan and Donald White IV; and his great grandchildren, Naya, Adeline, Genevieve, Quentin Jetten and Donna Mae White.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Dub Smith, Shaun "Bubby" Smith, Dwayne Cox, Kimberly Cox, Tia Fields and Jeannie Richardson; and his pet Lulu Belle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
