She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Blake and Hester Mae Maxley Blake; her former husband Aman Joseph Trapuzzano; and her siblings, Ernie, Bobby and Shirley.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Aman Trapuzzano of Washington, PA and Timothy Joseph Trapuzzano of Washington, PA; her granddaughter Nicole Trapuzzano; her brother Denvil Lee Blake (Janice) of Beckley; and her caregivers, Vicky Lacy of Morgantown and Cathy Martin of Morgantown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her close friends.
