Fernando Alfredo Barata Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2023, at the age of 91, Fernando Alfredo Barata (Morgantown, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Ramahlo Barata and Ida Francesca Pappalardo; his stepmother Elizabeth Marie Valeo; and his brothers, Joseph and Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Philomena Marie Barata (Feola); his children, Mary Catherine (Thomas Dean), Kevin, Thomas, Helen Marie (Joseph DiTommaso), Joseph, Maria, Gianna, Isabella and Ann Elizabeth (Scott Cady); and his granddaughters, Grace and Sarah. He is also survived by his family and was very proud of his children and grandchildren.
