He is survived by: his mother Louise Dunn Crites (Ralph Clark) of Morgantown; his children, Mark Boyles, Jordan Spadafore, Kacie Boyles (Daniel Bowser), Kasidie Crites and Earl David Crites, Jr.; his grandchildren, Saith Boyles, Azariah Partt and Azlynn Crites; his siblings, Raymond Crites and Donna Baber; and his former wife Karen Boyles.
