He is survived by: his father John Campbell (Janet); his sister Susie Miller (Bill); his stepsiblings, Zack McCourt and Ashley Oldaker (Jamie); his uncle Bill Campbell (Suzi); his aunts, Vickie Hoffman and Debra Moore; his cousins, Julian Hoffman, Ella Hoffman, Audrey Miller, Joslynne Moore and Kaylyn Moore; his nephew Donavan Black; his niece Mariah Black; his great-nephew Asa Black; and his pet Appa. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
