It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Godfrey (Morgantown, West Virginia), who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don Godfrey to pay them a last tribute.
As Don departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Don. Though Don may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald E. Godfrey, Sr. and Christine Osecky Godfrey; his sister Ruth Godfrey; and his aunt Helen Selensky.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCulla Funeral Home (770 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
