It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Scott Bracken of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Bracken and Oliver Scott Bracken; his sisters, Margaret Headlee (Maggie), Jean Johns and Virginia Stiles (Ginger); and his grandson Justin Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Bracken; and his children, David Scott Bracken II (Debra), Kevin Bracken (Victoria Calvert), Rachel Holmes (Sam), Shannon Dille (Dave) and Jimmy Feathers (Dianna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
