He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus David and Bonnie Kent Summers; and his wife Barbara Beth Summers. He is survived by: his children, David Michael Summers of Sandwich, MA, Ashley Elizabeth Summers of Morgantown and Jenna Kathryn Summers of Westover; his stepchildren, George Austin Mutz of Colorado and Haley Elizabeth Mutz of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandson Michael Fisher Summers; and his sister Linda Summers Moore (Richard) of Morgantown.
