He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Grimmett Pugh and John DiBacco. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hoclar Pugh; his children, Mandy Melohn (Jim) and Kevin Pugh; his grandsons, Mason Melohn and Nicholas Pugh; and his siblings, Ann Marra (Mike) and Terry Pugh.
