He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Nancy K. Phillips (Ammons); and his brothers, Robert Michael Phillips and Paul Allen Phillips. He is survived by: his aunts, Delores Prugh (Ed) and Barbara "Bobbi" Clevenger (Richard); and his sister-in-law Patricia "Patty" Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to the Snider Temple United Methodist Church, 116 Hidden Valley Road, Morgantown WV 26501.
