He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kirkendall and Wanda Powley Kirkendall. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Gary Kirkendall (Susan) and Becky Kirkendall (Lisa); and his granddaughter Elaina Kirkendall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
