He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Kali Burkett (Jesse), Colton Mead (Jane Peterson) and Jacob McIntire; his siblings, Jeff Mead (Becky) and Cheryl Kinney (Paul); his aunt Betty Jo Morgan; his cousins, Ryan and Stacy; and his grandchild Charleigh.
