He is survived by: his uncle Derek Van Metre; his mother Amy Leone-Salisbury; his stepfather Jeff Salisbury; his brothers, Chase and Connor; his sister-in-law Katherine; and his grandparents, Gary Leone and Bonnie Van Metre. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
