With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Harvey Bowser of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Bernard Bowser and Nora Mae Bowser (Mersing); his wife Barbara Bowser; his siblings, Iris Stemple, Arlene Porter, Leota Peck, Harland Bowser, Everett Bowser and Vernon Bowser; and his daughter Debbie Berkshire.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Wotring, Pamela Slider (Phillip), Charles Bowser and Stephen Bowser (Billie Jo); his son-in-law Danny Berkshire; and his sisters, Ruth Athey and Loretta Harvey. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
