She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Lanham Levinsky of Morgantown; her sons, William, Niko and Kayden; her siblings, Samantha Kinsley, Robert Kinsley, Brandon Kinsley and Tyler Kinsley; her grandmother Anna Lanham (Kenneth D. Cowger); her fiancé Zack Kramer; her stepfather Brian Parrotta; her uncle Phillip Lanham; and her aunts, Jacquelyn Flowers (Norman) and Victoria Watkins.
