We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 95, Boyd DeVere Holtan of Morgantown, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Jane Holtan (Rees); and his siblings, Mavis, Joel, Herbert and Wayne.

He is survived by: his children, Leslie Parsons (Thomas), Daniel (Mayra) and Rebecca Sinclair (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Emily, Sara, Seth, Eve, Cole and Finn.
