She is survived by: her son James "Jim" Lewellen (Bonnie Evanoff); her grandchildren, Jimmy Lewellen (Jennifer), Amy Lewellen Pirrong (Nick), Ritchie Lewellen (Traysha) and Josh Lewellen (Hillary); her son-in-law Jeffrey F. Kirkendall; and her pet Titan.
