She is survived by: her mother Susan "Susie" Lorraine Cook; her siblings, Erich Weatherholt (Lacie) of Eau Claire, WI, Shawna Weatherholt (Brandon) of Winchester, VA and Jennifer Weatherholt of Pittsburgh, PA; her goddaughter Nikki Jefferson of Morgantown; and her close friend Dr. Kristen Bell.
