She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Cerone and Caminella Cerone (Vanattecci); her husband Guy J. Forlini; her children, Louis, Marlena and Guy, Jr.; her siblings, Joseph, Nicola, Ramo and Palmina Cerone; and her nephew Domenico Cerone (Linda).
She is survived by: her daughter Josephine Forlini of Morgantown; and her niece Linda Cerone of Morgantown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Antonietta's memory be made to St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 1 Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, WV 26508.
