She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Freda Tutwiler Vandervort and Hu Swisher Vandervort; her husband W. Gale Catlett; her daughters, Krista (Ed Neumann) of Arlington, VA and Kara (Thomas Brown) of Morgantown; her sister Nancy; her grandchildren, Madi, Ty Brown, Sam and Lila Neumann; and her friend Jan Merow.
