He is survived by: his father David Uphold Jr.; his girlfriend Breanna Kittle; his children, Ella Uphold and Kayden Uphold; his siblings, Daniel Henderson, Paisley Uphold and Mackenzie Uphold; and his grandparents, James McCardle, Elaine McCardle and David Uphold.
