He is survived by: his children, Melinda Blaine (James) of Moorefield, WV, Mark A. Wratchford (Tammy) and Tommy E. Wratchford, Jr. of Moorefield, WV; and his brothers, Raymond Wratchford, Jr. and Frank Wratchford of Moorefield, WV.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
