He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carrie Kuykendall Lewis of Old Fields, WV and Donald Lee Lewis; his sister Tammy Parker (Rob) of Baker, WV; his nieces, Alicia (Justin), Brittany and Jessica; his nephew Brandon; and his great-nieces, Adalynn and Jerrika. He was also cherished by several nieces, a nephew and great nieces.
