She is survived by: her children, Timothy P. Smith (Bonnie) of Moorefield, WV, Shirley L. Smith and Debra Kay Sites (Chris) of Moorefield, WV; her sisters, Patricia Riggleman of Fisher, WV and Anita Bosley of Old Fields, WV; and her close friend Cathy Crites. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
