She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Evers Kessel and Olive Bergdall Kessel; and her husband William Hayes Judy, Jr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Brown, Warren and Robert Kessel; her sons, Bill (Christy) of Moorefield, WV, David (Debbie) of Moorefield, WV and George Judy (Cathy) of Moorefield, WV; and her grandsons, John David (Rachel), Kevin and Aaron Judy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
