He is survived by: his wife Effie Keplinger (Wolfe); his children, Gaylord Ray Keplinger (Ariel) of LaFayette, LA and Ashley Burgos (Diomar) of Frederick, MD; his granddaughters, Jasleen and Kylah Burgos; his sister Naomi Keplinger of Spring Lake, NC; and his pets, Leah and Katniss.
