He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harvey and Mary Jane Ford Harvey; and his brother James "Dick" Harvey. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Rae Jackson (Jay McCray) of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Mildred G. Redman of Columbus, OH, George Harvey of Columbus, OH and Vernon Harvey of Moorefield, WV; and his close friend Helen "Cookie" Kane. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
