He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood Ross Kesner and Fay Burnette Riggleman Kesner of Moorefield, WV.; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Fay Kuykendall Kesner; his grandchildren, Chasity Alt, Blake, Hunter and Addy Heavner; his sister Sandy Thorne (Tim) of Moorefield, WV; his siblings-in-law, Mark Kuykendall and Susie; and his nieces and nephews, John Ross Weese (Kendra), Philip Weese (Ariel), Marcus Kuykendall (Maddy), Emily Morris (Eric) and Hayley Kuykendall.
Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
Memorials may be directed to any animal shelters of the donor's choice.
