He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey H. Riggleman and Viola Riggleman (Heare); and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Riggleman (See); his children, Terry Riggleman (Joyce) of Augusta, WV and Janette Heitz (Mike) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hill, Adam Riggleman, Cory Heitz (Josie) and Jordan Hurd (Charles). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
