She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Brooks Lowe and Eva Minnie Harman Lowe; and her daughter Kim Histand. She is survived by: her husband Frank Donald Ferebee; her daughter Karin Roberts of Norfolk, VA; her granddaughters, Kristin Oyangen and Amanda Coshun; and her sisters, Elaine Drewery, Brenda Hueneman and Janet Wern.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
