He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Minnie Thelma Combs Dority and John Collins; his wife Margaret Ann "Honey" Lowery Combs; his children, Sherry Miller (Allen) of Petersburg, WV, Mac Combs (Jayne) of Petersburg, WV, Tonya Brennan (Greg) of Moorefield, WV, McClave Combs, Jr. of Cumberland, MD and Robin Hartman of Ridgeley, WV; his grandchildren, Teisha Combs (Josh), Joseph Combs (Steph), Joshua Combs (Stephanie), Dillon Combs, Tamara Weasonforth (Brian), Sean Runion and Halie Lambert (Ross); his great grandchildren, Dominic, Leo, Serenity, Leah, Arayah, Hannan, Tilly and Liam; and his sister Mirada Cornwell.
