She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Brooks Smith and Bertha Frances Ratliff Smith; her husband Stanley Milford Constable; and her sister Janet Miley. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda K. Miller (Tommy) of Moorefield, WV; her granddaughters, Pamela K. Fitzwater (David) and Crystal L. Clarke (Wilfred); and her great grandchildren, Bethany and Savannah.
