She is survived by: her mother Carol Ann Kuykendall (Keplinger) of Moorfield, WV.; and her brothers, Jimmy Allen Carr of Baltimore, MD, Danny Carr of Petersburg, WV, Jeffrey Carr (Karen) of Petersburg, WV and Joshua Paul Carr of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
