He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Willard Webster and Lola Catherine Shockey Webster; and his siblings, Joe Webster and Velma Doman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lou Huffman Webster; his daughters, Jessica Champ (Dwight) of Old Fields, WV, Sara Beth Racey (Travis) of Moorefield, WV and Kendra Riley Lee (Andrew) of Cameron, NC; his sister Betty Jean Ganoe of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Nicole, Kaitlyn, Adam and Madeline; and his great grandchildren, Braylen and Blake.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
