Hazel Pauline Hose Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Pauline Hose of Moorefield, West Virginia, born in Baker, West Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Funkhouser, Sr. and Rosa Elizabeth Combs Funkhouser; her husband Calvin Eugene "Jack" Hose; and her siblings, Gene L. Funkhouser, Woodrow W. Funkhouser, Jr., Harold C. Funkhouser and Karen Sue Findley.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Cindy Vance and Magistrate Craig A. Hose of Moorefield, WV; her grandson Cory Vance of Martinsburg, WV; and her sister Violet Kitzmiller of Mt. Storm, WV.
