He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Fitzwater and Ethel May Clayton Fitzwater; his wife Judith Ann Bean Fitzwater; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Fitzwater, Pauline Cain, Dorothy Ellenger, Susie McCoy, Edna Alsip, Charlie Fitzwater, John Fitzwater and Harry Fitzwater.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Paula Sue Mowery; his son Richard Wayne "Rick" Fitzwater of Moorefield, WV; his grandchildren, Casey Wayne Fitzwater, Chelsea Elizabeth Price Henry and Cody Jacob Fitzwater; and his great grandchild Karmi P. Henry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
