He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Crites Cook; his siblings, Brenda Lee Crider of Purgitsville, WV and Robert Thomas Cook of Moorefield, WV; and his mother-in-law Catherine Funk of Dorcas, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
