With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fran Shockey (Moorefield, West Virginia), born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Blaine Wratchford and Lillian Josephine Strawderman Wratchford; and her husband Wayne "Petie" Shockey, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Jim B. Wratchford, Betty Arbogast, Mark Wratchford of Moorefield, WV and Joan Foltz of Mathias, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
